Sometime here in the States local PBS, (public broadcasting systems) offer BBC programs. I was hoping one of mine would, but there is no listing for this program coming up in future. pout So I wrote to them and told them how much I would love to see it! Now I am sure they are not going to listen to one "LilWolff", but maybe if enough of us write and request someone will get idea! Also try writing HBO or any other pay channels you personally get. They are taking your money, tell them what you wish to see with your hard earned dollars. smiles
The Canadian and US versions of The Discovery Channel will be airing the series (all 6 parts of it, and probably the "making of" special) in April. Discovery was one of the major financial contibutors to the series, so I doubt that writing anyone else will do any good, as they are likely to have exclusive North American broadcast rights, nor will it get on any sooner than scheduled.
Just a thought but if you guys actually wish to buy the video of the series you could try visiting the uk BBC site or the Australian ABC equivelent and check out their merchandise section...the ABC store URL is www.store.abc.net.au. Even if you don't buy you might get some ideas for christmas :) Regards Eshal

There is a video available here in the UK but it is in 'PAL' format. I think the same format is used in Austrailia. The USA uses NTSC system same as Japan. These system formats are incompatible with each other. But a lot of VCR's these day's are multisystem anyway. Just make sure of your system if you are planning to buy.

I just found out about Walking with the Dinosaurs from the poser forum. I posted this link there, but thinking about it, it probably should have gone here. Sorry. ): I found information at this site about the animation and how they did it and also mentions a show coming up, with an online chat afterwards. I have been reading this and even though I don't fully understand it all, I find it most interesting. *smiles* http://www.bbc.co.uk/dinosaurs/tv_series/index.shtml
