Subject: Please Help With PhotoShop 6 Action Access

Hi, I've used PhotoShop 5 for years with very little problems. I use Windows 98 and have plenty of system resources available. Recently, I bought a store pkg.,upgrading to Version 6.0. My dilemna is that only the actions that were standard part of the CD work; other ones I have downloaded from reputable sites (such as Action Exchange) do not work. These actions "load" fine, but when I move my mouse to the Play button, it is "X" out (not accessible). What am I missing ? It's probably something simple that will be be embarrassing, but I need your help. All other standard functions of PhotoShop 6 seem to work okay. Please help me to know what I'm doing wrong or to change. Thank you ... Ken

Hey bud. I was having the same problem the other day and spoke with a few of my friends on how best to fix the problem. Well they did not have an answer, So I did something a little different. I took all the actions that I had downloaded and put them in a different folder, then when I need one I just use the arrow to load it and it works great. I hope this helps.
