Over the past couple of months I have noticed that products appear in the Market Place What's New section and then disappear a day or so later. The latest one was a product that allows you to construct custom neon type signs. It was there yesterday and now it is gone. What is happening to these products? Are they going to re-appear again? The last couple of times that this happened they showed up in the vendor's store after a while but you had to search their store to find it. It didn't show up as a new product again. This is okay if you remember who the vendor was but you are out of luck if you don't.

Sounds like what you are speaking of are the sponsored products. I believe those rotate quiet often.

Thank you for the reply. However, unfortunately this is not the case. The products I am talking about are new products. The Sponsored items say 'Sponsored' on the product image.

nabob21 - Can you tell me if you notice this is happening daily or periodically? We have not heard of this issue before now and if you could please keep track of the name of the product it would be very helpful as we really need at least that to be able to research this further.

I don't know the exact name of the product that disappeared sometime between Sunday and Monday but it was a product that allowed to you make custom made neon signs. It had alphabet characters as well as various shapes and designs. Previously one that I do remember vanishing and then eventually re-appearing is the character Alaya by Seven.

I have not noticed it happening very frequently, but it does happen every now and then. Maybe 3 or 4 times over the past couple of months. I only really notice when it is a product that I am interested in. Interestingly enough, the neon sign product I was interested in was replaced on the Market Place 'What's New" page by Narre by Belladzines even though I didn't think she was new (I seem to recall looking at her previously but I could very well be wrong).

Hello. I answered your email to store on this. Not sure if you got it? This has happened a few times over the weekend because we had to pull them back into pending because they were not supposed to be released yet. They will be re-released but not for a few more days.

I don't think this is supposed to be a similar problem, given this is now another weekend (unless you let products escape each weekend... ):

A couple days ago 2nd_World released a new Prime item called "Everyday items, Fast food". I put it immediately in my wishlist, but the next day when I tried to actually buy it I got the "Oh snap" message. The product is still in my wishlist though, still on intro sale... Product ID is (was) 115811.

Will it reappear?

Yes. It will. Keep yours eyes on the What's New. That will be "reappearing" very soon. As well as a great group of other products for our Prime Members!
