Perhaps you should mention that these tutorials assume a certain level of experience using&navigating around Blender that many here may not have achieved.
The "PRO's do not need tutorials. LOL. They are the "Pro's". LOL.
The Poser end users that are looking at these tutorials WANT to know how to get there, so they either have Blender (or another app) that can do more or less the same.
All they need to get this done in Poser are the obj files.
Zbrush, Blender, and a ton of other apps can import and original Poser obj file, build morphed and or sculped, obj files, and export them back for use in Poser to continue the workflow. Either as FBM or a Sculpted "donors".
Even Poser 10 and 11 customers that do not have the "Load Full Body Morph option", can use these tutorials to get FBM's in their figures. Just follow the second video, and they also end up with a FBM and a dial.

Wrong..... the "Pro's" Need tutorials as much as anyone else the pace of change in new versions of existing apps and the introduction of new one's ( substance painter etc.) make CG/3D Visualization an ongoing Education For "Pros"and no pros alike.
Calm yourself and realize that really good tutorials Classify themselves to potential viewers based on assumed levels of knowledge Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced.
software specific tutorials that use external editors/programs should warn potential viewers: that "this poser video assumes a certain level of knowledge of Blender,or Photoshop or Gimp or wings3D" etc.
I have to admit that I had never thought of using the morph tool this way. A very welcome tutorial, thank you!
Wolf359, honestly, I think you might be underestimating the intelligence of some users. That some knowledge of a sculpting program is needed is fairly obvious - fortunately there are many tutorials out there on how to use them. Relax, this was a nice tutorial that does what it says on the tin.
wolf359 you can search youtube for sculpting tutorials in Blender ,zBrush ,MudBox ,3DCoat.
Photoshop ,Gimp ,wings3D can't sculpt.
Most 3D app's have some sculpting tools in them these days like Blender does.
zBrush ,MudBox ,3DCoat Remain the Gods of sculpting. Strongly advise to use with a high end Wacom. They all have Demos.

OK, experimented most of the W-End. So far the best procedure on a normal Poser figure (V4, Pauline, Roxie), seems to:
•First create a FBM. Just morph the existing mesh into the general shape you prefer. And you can add "detail" this FBM a lot because most have more then enough geometry to finetune the mesh.
•Then SubD this morphed mesh to 1 in your 3D app, (that is more then enough) to add the skin wrinkles and fine skin detail.
Then in Poser; •Load the figure, remove all IK, ZERO the figure •Load the FMB •Set figure to SubD level 1 •Load your sculpt, and project the sculpt detail into the figure using video 2.
You end up with 2 dials that you can copy into the clothing if required. Dial A) for the FBM Dial B) for the Sculpt projection
All Poser figures meshes can be improved this way.
The experiment to Sculpt clothing into the sculpted mesh works; but then you also have to repaint the textures too.

How to create high res meshes for your Poser figures; The easy way
Default Poser figures always lack body detail to keep the shape "general".
In the past we used bump, displacement and normal maps to get the fine detail in the figures. But all of these maps have their limitations, and you have to work around, or live with the seams they sometimes create. (and not all render engines love them)
We also can create morphs, by "displacing" the existing vertex, and we have the morph brush tool to create HD morphs for SubD Poser figures. While the morph brush is a very handy tool, it is very time consuming to create very high detailed Morphs or FBM.
So, I made a video tutorial on how to get "a lot" of detail in Poser figures. Actually, the only limitation is what your computer can handle. LOL.
But as a guide-line to start? Use SubD level 1 on a V4/M4, or Miki4 figure, and SubD level 2 on the lower poly figures.
