hi am looking for this hair , model and necklace in this pic and i can't find it anywhere, can someone please help me ty so much 01-ubersimple-gems-and-glass-merchant-resource-daz3d.jpg

It's most likely one of DAZ's own products in their store. Search under Genesis 3 hair and you probably will find it. Good luck!

Model looks like plain Victoria 7, hair looks like Long shag hair by goldtassel, both at Daz

yes it is ty so much i found it , now one more thing how about the necklace i can't find the necklace anywhere

Can't help you there I'm afraid, but I would guess the vendor used the shaders they are selling on it, so the original probably looks completely different. Nothing I recognize anyway.
