Ok, here are the details that I got from ilona:

The outfit top is here at Renderosity: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/morgana-teddy/107027
The shorts used are also here: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/sea---water-and-air/82028
The hair is Ilsa Hair for V4 from RDNA.
Also used was Iraypair for textures by outoftouch here at Renderosity.
