Hi all! I recently made a purchase here and when I went to download it, it says "Download Pending"

I've tried from different browsers but nothing so far. Do I need to confirm my email address or something? So far I haven't received an email confirmation link or anything. Thanks in advance! :)

ZionZeta, you need to go to your account in the upper right hand corner of the screen when signed into Renderosity, pull down the menu to "My Account" and it will show all of your purchases. Click on the link(s) and they will take you to your download links. Click on them and the downloads will start then.

Hi Anim8dtoon, I tried to do that as well and it still says "Download Pending". :/ I went directly to the product's page to see if the Download button would show up there instead, but nothing, it only says "Purchased" and no download button available yet, but thanks for your help! :) <3

You're welcome, ZionZeta. Perhaps you should contact Renderosity for help with this. How did you make your purchase? By CC/debit or PayPal?

If this is your first purchase from Renderosity they have to verify your payment info manually. Once that is done, your downloads will become available.

Beginning with your second purchase, all downloads will be available immediately.

I did it through PayPal so that they'd withdraw the money from my debit card as I didn't have the card number with me at the moment of purchase. :)

I have received an email: Order Confirmation: Id 112896980, but when I click the button to take me to PayPal to make my payment, I get the following message:

This is an ongoing problem for me. I use paypal to make my purchases on Renderosity and it takes forever for the download to become available after i have a confirmation email. This is my purchase id: Order Summary - #112900515. How do I get this released for download?
