Subject: V4 Eyes Are White Before Rendering

romangirl ( ) posted Mon, 01 August 2016 at 4:34 PM ยท edited Sun, 22 December 2024 at 5:13 AM

For some unknown reason, many of my V4 characters are now suddenly appearing with all white eyes before I render. This prevents me from adjusting their eye positions before rendering. When I render, the eyes appear normal. Can any one help? Thanks! I am using Windows 10, Poser 9.

I think it's your Render Preview settings... (but I could be wrong!!)

Here are my preview settings in case it helps!

to change them, click Render > Render Settings then click the Preview tab.

Good luck!

Thanks, Andy! But the pre-render image still has white eyes.

Right. these are my settings for the Preview settings. for the Pre-Render image.

One of them is V4 Briana (Daz Originals Danie marforno). That's the image I attached. A long time ago, I bought several characters from one vendor.

They were very cheap. I can't recall the others, but they are in my archives somewhere.

. I don't remember their eyes being white, though. And the vendor name was different.

Before I mess up my version of poser, did you try using the settings I gave you?

Yes, thanks. No difference.

My bad. I just went to the Materials Room. I had the cornea set as white on SOME of the characters. I guess I don't know eye parts. But even so, when I rendered, it showed the correct color. Thanks for your help and I didn't mean to waste your time..
