The vendor has put that info in the "Promo Credits" tab so that it makes it easy to find the character and hair used. The character is SV7 for Anna for V4 (found here: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/sv7-anna-for-v4/101415) and Eternal Kyra Hair (found here: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/eternal-kyra-hair/98852). Many vendors try to remember to use the Promo Credits to help members found the items the vendors used in their images, so you should check there if you have similar questions about a product's promo images in the future. However, some vendors forget to use that feature, so asking here if that area is blank can usually help.
