You know if it's a legal issue, Deviant Arts simply posts a warning before you are allowed to leave to download. Wouldn't that be good enough?

It is not just about legal issues however a warning would help.

I am getting ready to bring in more staff to test Freestuff files to be sure there are no potential issues.

Please know I am working very hard to be sure there is a clear cut line of what is and is not allowed and as soon as I have everything lined up, I will post the changes.

I notice that you said more-or-less the same thing about "a clear cut line" just over a month ago. Are we any closer to seeing this line ?

I have posted on the other thread you posted on.

I am taking my time to be sure I have everything taken into consideration so there is no confusion.

I have also been working on the Halloween contest, customer support, our company's payroll, etc. I also need to talk in over with the rest of the office staff and the VP was not here last week so I promise I will get it posted as soon as I can.
