Try contacting the vendor themselves, give them the order number and they can sometimes reach staff faster.

Jenn resolved this for me this afternoon (arranged a store credit).
I noticed that inbound e-mail from some Renderosity e-mail addresses was being flagged as spam by my e-mail provider (Orange), so I guess outbound e-mails to Renderosity addresses may have been 'bounced'. I've updated my personal anti-spam settings. I'm not sure if this problem is restricted to Orange or maybe other e-mail providers as well.

How do you request a refund or store credit for a product that you already purchased? I e-mailed "store@renderosity.com" last week but I have not received a reply.
