You mean the light would move while the object ALSO moves? :) Wel normally You'd make a spotlight, place in front of that your cut out object (simple boolean or even a picture object with alpha channel transparency). Then beyond that the object to be lighted up. If you also want the light to move simply pan the light in a single plane (horizontal or vertical), to give angled lighting. I am just starting to mess around with animation in Bryce5, and I'd have to say it's pretty damn good, But, here is my question, It's hard to explain, but I shall do my best. How would I get light(s) to be shining upwards (Or through) an object with a cut out section of something like letters, so that when the object passed over the lights, the lights would shine through, and go from shining over to the right, to the left? I just need help setting up lights, I'm sure I'll get it in a couple days anyway, but help is always good. Thanks for any help.
