Hi.
There seems to be internet wide issues going on today. You will not have to repeat your order. You can go to your My Account page and click on that order number and at the top will be a Pay button. OR you can login to your paypal account and choose the send money option and send the amount of that order and put your order number in the notes area. Then let us know you sent the payment, we will mark your order as paid manually for you.
I'm sorry you are having this issue. I certainly hope they get it corrected very soon.

Hi,
I just bought a product, here, and tried to pay with Paypal, but obviously, Paypal is down now. I checked on Paypal site and the problem seems to be worldwide. So, what happen to my order? Will I have to place my order again when Paypal will be back?
