Subject: Urgent :freebie: 13 days of Halloween

Hallo just wanted to let you know that the product which should be free today when I have a product in my cart for at least 3.50 dollar doesn't show up free when I put it in my cart with the other prouduct that cost more then 6 dollar

can you check this out please, it is still prized at 5.48 USD in my cart and it says it is free when you buy another product

Hello Chelsea,

I also have seen what toyyaris describes for the last freebie, and this issue again appears for today's new freebie "Zombie Moves For M4" which was introcuced about 90 minutes ago. The new freebie shows up with $6.43 USD in my card. Shall we be patient until this is fixed?

Hello,

again there is a daily freebie ("Ghosts 3D") which does not show up as free in the cart. Do you want to fix that before the freebie expires?

Hello Robert,

The "Ghost 3D " freebie started at 10am our server time. Looks like you were just a little early in your attempt. It is working properly now, and you have until Oct 30th at 10am (our server time).

Hello Jennifer,

I have many times attempted to put the product in the cart on the day when it was a freebie, from short after 10 AM until short before it expired. It always showed up with a non-zero price when visiting the product page, and always with the same non-zero price when it was put in cart. Same picture now. Even after I have logged out and logged in again, and deleted the browser cache. You have said it's working properly now, but for me it seems not. It shows up with $9.95 USD in my cart.

Are we talking about the same product? I have bookmarked the link to 1971's "Ghost 3D" from the page "FREEBIE Spooktakular - 13 Days of Halloween" which today points to "VYK_Ghostly Plane" (works properly as free).

My apologies, yes, I think I was confused since both products were 'ghost'. We are sorry for the problems with 1971s Ghost 3D that had some issues. That item has been gifted to you.
