Hi toyyaris You can contact the store for a refund if you have paid twice. There is a promotion on regarding halloween where they had to turn off the usual purchased icon in order to have certain perks go ahead. It will be back in place after the promotion is over. The store email is below

Hallo I have a little problem, I bought expressions for Nata 3 twice because it wasn't marked purchased when I bought it the first time, even now when bought it the second time it isn't still marked purchased, so my question is can you please delete my second purchase, I don't need the product twice.
