I keep reminding myself it'd be so much worse if I was still a smoker. In fact, getting this three times in a row is what finally convinced me to quit.

Meanwhile, in other news, we have accumulated a few Karma points here at Chez Therapy. We rescued an abused cat, which we are fostering until a suitable home can be found. He appears to be a Maine Coon, about 10 months old. Children have named him Chip.
