Not to be confused with Influenza an influencer is, in marketing speak, someone that uses social media outlets as a brand advocate alongside of niche promotion of products. I suspect this is the case here, judging by the Smith Micro application form asking you to supply the amount of followers you have on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. From what I can tell, think Poser Ambassador with a focus on promoting Poser or other Smith Micro products for perks through social media.

I won't join, because I want to be able to scold the software failure freely ! Ha ha !

I hate social media in general, so I'm out. I don't have a Facebook account, although I did create a MySpace account once, but never used it. Does that count?

I'm with you on that Earl. I, too, have never gotten into social networking at all.

I neither use, nor like Social Media so, as much as I applaud the idea, I'll have to pass.

Remember ArtZone? I was somewhat unkind to that when it was launched.

I have a MySpace and Facebook account; haven't used either in a long time. Likewise, Twitter. My online social interaction is here and another couple of forum based sites.
