I just tried to buy the YYY Mega Package from SteffyZZ. The sale seemed to go through, and I received the receipt, but when I go to try to download files I get an error message. Please help.

doppelganger, For some reason the system did not recognize as a "shippable" item. This is a CD version of both the Yuma and Yazoo & Yoda products. We will get it corrected in our system and I apologize for the inconvenience. yvette renderosity admin

Wow, that was fast on the response. This is the first problem I've had with the renderosity store and I must say that I'm impressed with the speed and manner in which it was handled. Thanks again Yvette
