Hai need your help, I bought a product twice because during the Halloween freebies the purchased button didn't work, I don't need it twice so after my conversation here with one of the forums this is a link to that conversation.

I tried to send an email to the store on November 01, so far I had no respons on my question, the email was send to the store but I think it doesn't arrive can you please help me out, because sending an email to the store from my computer doesn't seam to work.
I really don't need the product twice, so a refund would be nice.
