Subject: Poser not playing nice ...

So not sure if this is the right place but since I bought my poser 11 upgrade here .. this is where I am asking first. So we've all had computer issues have to uninstall /reinstall.. have poser act up ..uninstall /reinstall... well poser is telling me I can't activated my product any more ...:| a grace period has expired .. I have to repurchase?? I'll be damned if I will repurchase something I've already paid for ... so I don't know if anyone here can help or if I have to go through Smith Micro?

Hi.

since you did not purchase your previous/full version here it is best to contact Smith Micro directly for support for this issue. You can do that here https://support.smithmicro.com/ they are very good with support on their products. I am sure it can be solved for you.
