The short answer is, 'no'. Bryce was only ever intended to be a landscape renderer. It's the skill of the very many talented artists that made it what it is today. Sadly, Bryce will never be more than an easy to use/learn 3D proggy with no chance of ever being upgraded. If it did I would think that the ability to render in stereo would probably not be high on anyone's list.

I created two rendering for two camera positions. The distance between the cameras depends on the size of the objects of the scene. In this scene the distance between the cameras is equal to 1 on the axis Z.
You can use a free program for creating stereo anaglyph images. http://www.stereoeye.jp/software/index_e.html To view a stereo anaglyph image, you will need glasses with red and green filters.
Heres 3 from my gallery, all rendered in Bryce but put together in Photoshop with a 3D Anaglyph template.

Depends on what sort of 3D you want. Anaglyphs and renders to be viewed cross-eyed or parallel-eyed can be rendered in Bryce in one go. Just put an appropriate lens in front of it. If you prefer to spend a bit of money over experimenting, there's Bryce 7 Pro True 3D Rendering (https://www.daz3d.com/bryce-7-pro-true-3d-rendering). I apologise for the self-advertisement. I've been a great fan of true 3D for a very long time, have a 3D photo camera, photographed even spherical HDRI anaglyph panoramas and did anaglyphs by rendering two images. That's why we came up with a lens that does it all in one go.
