You can also try archive3d.net however most of the models requires that you fix them in either blender, 3ds max or whatever tool you use and you might have to create new textures for some of the things.
I have a decent selection of WW2 Ships and Cold War aircraft on my site (http://www.schells.ca), and a search in the Market here on Rendo gives a fairly decent selection as well... Also Vanishing Point (http://www.vanishingpoint.biz/) has a fairly massive selection of military vehicles..:)
