Subject: Purchased poser pro 11 upgrade, got basic poser 11

I purchased and upgrade to poser pro 11. The download manager is downloading poser 11. I already have poser 11. How do I download the pro version? Cheers, Davo

I may be wrong but it could just be down to the serial number, so that you install Poser 11 and then use the Pro serial number to unlock the extra features. I don't know for sure as i don'y have Poser 11 but that is certainly the case with Poser 2014 and the Game Dev versions, The base software is the same with the extra features being unlocked when you register it with a Game Dev serial number.

I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 -  Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB  storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU .   The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.

ohhhh you are correct! Thank you for that tip. I deactivated the license then put in the new serial number and also provided the old serial number, then it came up as poser pro. Wish there was some kind of documentation or note to do that. Thanks so much, Davo

You're welcome, glad I could help. If it is the same in Poser 11 as it was in Game Dev it is documented, although I can't remember where, what I do remember is this was a regular forum topic at the time so lots of people missed it. Would be nice if they added a note to the email when they supplied the serial number, it would save a lot of frustration
