I did some research and looked for some answers seems it is possible but all the tutorials I found involved some secondary app and not were written instructions and from the youtube videos tutorials they all seemed to be time lapse and could not follow along did a simple search on Photoshop changing splash screen. Interesting enough that seems Lightroom, Illustrator all had easier way to customize the splash screen but were not the same steps for Photoshop. Hopefully someone else will chime in with a better answer

I'm new to Photoshop 2017, and run into a problem that has me more than a little confused. Is there any way to customize the Photoshop Startup/Splash Screen? If so, how do I go about it? I am using an iMac with the latest Sierra OS.
