I am trying to buy a few things and use the coupon. Out of the 5 items in my cart the coupon is only going to one item. I keep looking at the email seeing if I missed something and all the email says is "*Please note that this coupon is not valid toward the purchase of magazines, some shippable items, tutorials, gift certificates, bundled items, clearance products, Prime products and software. "

As far as I can tell none are prime nor clearance and no where does the email say (that I can find) that it does not apply to sale item or items from vendors that have opted out

Coupons never apply to items that have a red coupon indicator on the page. If you send me a list of ID's to store@renderosity.com I will take a look and see what might be going on.

Hi Jenn! how you doing? That's okay. I had no clue that a red indicator means you can't use a coupon. Pretty much makes the coupon worthless.
