Subject: When will I be able to buy UV Mapper Pro?

Hi, I've been trying to but buy UV Mapper Pro for weeks now and the site just say's its trying to set up an e-commerce site and to please be patent but I'm running out of patience. The support link on the web site doesn't work. Does anyone know when its going to be available? If I cant get it soon I will need to buy a different mapper which I don't want. This one has been recommended by someone I trust, so it's the one I want. Any info would be great.

There has been problems with consistent contact with UVDan who created UV mapper even here ... not sure what is the cause as he has not communicated with is for quite a while. I wished I could give more of an insight other than investigate the uh mapping capabilities in other software such as hexagon and blender.

Thanks, for the info. I have been looking at some other mapping software and will likely just go with one of them. Thanks again.

I don't think UVDan created UVMapper. That would be Steve Cox. And he's notorious for not being able to get hold of. You could try Roadkill by Pullin' Shapes. I still use it and Morphography.com used to have a tutorial on how to use it with Poser stuff. Not sure if it's still there tho.

I was also under the impression it was Steve Cox who had created and developed UV Mapper and UV Mapper Pro. I've never tried the Pro version, as I've been modeling in Blender off and on for years, and happen to like it's method(s) for UV unwrapping and mapping. It's also free, but takes a bit to learn the software as a whole, so unless you've used Blender before, using one of the other suggestions might be the better idea.

Steve Cox used to have really good customer service at one time (when I bought UVMapper Pro he had my license file emailed to me in about half an hour, but lately he's been hard to get hold of.
