Subject: Paypal tab is missing from my order.

I would like to complete my order but the paypal button is missing. Please help.

Hello,

Please log into your paypal account and choose the SEND MONEY option.

Send the amount due to payments@renderosity.com .

Be sure to include your Renderosity order ID number and/or your Renderosity username so we are sure to apply payment to the correct order/customer.

Once you have completed the payment through paypal, send an email to store@renderosity.com letting us know your payment has been sent and we will go verify receipt of payment and manually mark your order as paid so that you can download your items.

All this has been completed however I would like to know if this is going to become the norm or was this an exception.

I'd like to know this as well, as I've only been using PayPal since last December, and haven't had a problem with my purchases using PayPal since then.

This should not be an issue as sometimes you will not see the button depending on what browser you are using.

Phew , for a moment their I thought NOOOO , cos I only use paypal these days and that would have been a step to far and complicated for me . I use chrome and so far no problem.:)

raindropthelf - most who use Chrome on our site do not have these problems so if you keep using Chrome, you should be good 😄

I mainly use Firefox, and I checked earlier, and the PayPal option is still there.
