I'm trying to create an alien head similar to this Photoshoped one I made. I can't seem to find an alien head morph for Victoria 4.2 anyone know how to make this?

DAZ creature creator morph set has a whole range of alien heads, various creature heads etc. You should be able to get something close to what you want using those, which you can buy at DAZ

Can be done with Creature Creator morph package, but you may need to add morphs from another source to shape the face closer to the photoshop image. This quick render uses the Creature Creator morphs and Alien V4. I would use a better skin texture from a different source.
