Prime Free items are good for the month they are offered only. We do not keep them on file. And they are not available anywhere outside of the prime forum for that 1 month. We do have a great group of NEW free items for July HERE and will have a new one for you in August posted in the Prime Forum as always.

I think Renderosity should consider a different policy. It looks like I missed the freebies by only a few hours. I don't get them, and also the vendors who created them don't get to share their work with me. Not many people are making morphs for V4 any more and I really would have enjoyed these.

There's no reason they can't be left up for a year of PRIME.

I REALLY don't like spending $30 then missing something that was buried in an email by only a few hours. i'm starting to remember why I quit PRIME the last couple of years. The game playing factor of things ending for no good reason doesn't make up for the frustration of missing on something you could use.

You don't have to wait for an email though. As long as you check the Prime forum at least once in the middle of the month you will never miss out on the free offerings & coupons.

Many stores offer limited free items, some for only a week at a time.

I signed up for PRIME about the beginning of July (My account says July 9th).
It looks like the first notice I see for the Prime Anniversary items is from Preston W. on July 21st https://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/?thread_id=2915085 I personally became aware of a reference to them on July 31, and when I went to pick up the characters the next day the pointer said it was still the first week but was pointing to the second week of items with the first being de-listed. So, strictly speaking even if I had checked in at the middle of the month I would have missed them anyway because they weren't announced until a week later.

I know it seems I'm being petty, but _**** I'm trying to get through to management that I'm really annoyed. It was cumulative petty things like this that caused me to drop PRIME in the first place, after I had been a happy charter member from the time it started. **** _

I'm told how great something is that I can't get at it, and there is NO.. GOOD.. MARKETING OR SALES REASON behind the rationale that I can see. I could understand if it was costing Rendo sales or if it was costing a tremendous amount of space on the servers.

At a minimum I would suggest a well-publicized 'Catch-Up' like Daz does which would not only make me happy but would also publicize PRIME ANNIVERSARY. I feel that an even 'More Better' approach would be to have the Freebies available to PRIME members for the duration of their membership under the PRIME forums section, accessible only to PRIME members.

It's one thing to do limited time promotions to whet customers' appetites. But I don't see that this falls into that category. It's not like people are going to hurry and sign up for PRIME for PRIME ANNIVERSARY items they can't see before they're a member, right? So why make a deal about Anniversary items that can be missed by a couple of hours? For me that week is wasted effort by the artists who created whatever was up there.

Ok. That's all. If management is interested they might act on it or not. The got my $30 for the year.
