Subject: Credit Card Declined Again and Again

Hello, I am a long time member and have bought lots of things in the past. It seems that whatever credit card I use it is declined. The bank tells me they are fine and the work everywhere else. I just bought a brand new VISA gift card and that too was declined. What am I doing wrong?

Gift cards only work if they are registered to the correct zip code on your account or in your information provided.

Please be sure the zips code, CSV number/security number on the card match your information as well as full name and address in checkout.

Please note, if the card is declined, you banking institution may still have a HOLD on the funds that you tried to use. And that can also cause an issue with using a gift card because it no longer has the amount on it you would expect. So also check the card available credit on the card before processing multiple times.
