It's hard to find the button for render rewards, then on the check out I see it and when I click on it nothing happens. It switches to an empty screen and freezes. I want to make a purchase today and under your revised system I'm pretty sure I have a fair amount of Render Rewards to apply.

How do I find my reward points, and d how do I apply them, please?

If you click your Avatar link near the top right of the page, it'll give you a drop-down list, and the section you want is called My Rewards. Clicking on that link will give you the proper page that will list what rewards you have available. On that page is a link to Spend Your Rewards Here, and that will take you where you need to go to use them.

oh, the new process is potentially painful. I can't just apply them. It looks like I have more than $15.00 worth or reward points, but less than $20.00.
Since renderosity only has $10.00 and $5.00 conversion certificates and only allows one certificate code per purchase, that means I can only use $10.00 of my reward points even though I have more that I could use right now.

I think I'm going to convert to one $10. and one $5. and ask the staff to combine them to a $15 I can use today and see what happens.
I was ready to checkout on a purchase this morning and have been counting on redeeming some of the reward points. Either that or some items have to go back into the wishlist.
