Subject: Changing username request?

On August 29 I purchased a new username, filled out my first and second choices but nothing has yet happened. I sent an email to store@renderosity.com the other day but also have not received a reply.

I was wondering how long it usually takes to change the username and if I will be notified when it's done?

That has been changed as requested to your first choice. I have not seen an email to the store address. I am sorry about that! All done. 😄

Very weird about the email. It was sitting in my Sent Emails folder. Oh well, no matter! It's changed now and that's the main thing. Thanks very much! :D
