Subject: Help with Filter Forge Purchase

Hey there! :)

So, following my usual "shiny toy collecting" urge I purchased Filter Forge yesterday, and wanting to give it a try I just realized: Well, I can't.

It does not come with a download (which is okay since I guess you can download it on the website - though it would have been nice to at least include a link there) or a serial number (which of course is much more of a problem).

Basically, right now all I have is a $80 permalink to the product page sitting in my account... ;)

Are there ANY clues on how to actually get the product I just bought?

Hi,

You should have been sent an email with the link and serial number. If you have not received this you may want to check your spam folder. If you still have not seen it then let us know.

I have not yet received the serial number - but if it's supposed to come in a seperate email, I'll just wait until tomorrow. My server has a habit of swallowing emails and regurgitating them a couple of hours later. ;)

Sorry for the late reply, life decided to be a hassle again. ;)

The email arrived a day late (again: most probably because of my own mailserver). Everything is working fine and I've already had the opportunity to play around with my shiny new toy.
