Subject: Contest entry Error

I have been trying to submit an entry into the Generation Horror Wars 3D Contest for days now and every time I get an error message saying

Sorry! Something went wrong uploading the file. Please, try again.

I'm not sure what to do or who to contact.

Hey, sorry for your inconvenience. Re-try your upload. After you upload your 1200x1200 image please resubmit that image in the file section. Please, let me know if you have problems after that.

I did that however now I just get another error saying file is not valid type which is not true since the file I'm uploading is a jpeg,72 dpi and the right width and height.
