I just uploaded an image an two hours ago, it shows in my Activity Feed, but when I go to my gallery it is not there. Where is it?

The image is called Psylocke.

I'm having same issue, just checked, it shows in my feed, not my gallery...

The issue should be resolved site wide now, they found the problem and fixed it.
