Hi there at Renderosity,

since a few, my purchased Products are not marked as Purchased on the product's page anymore. Danger is, that I could buy twice by fault! Already logged out ans in again, but it didn't change. What can we do the change, i want prevent double purchases, i've bought a lot, so i lose overview sometimes ;-)

ah...just seen: purchased warning is turned off during grab bags!

if ordered 1 product twice by error...is there a way to return and get refund?

If you made a duplicate purchase let me know the original order ID and the duplicate purchase ID so I can verify and refund you

Hey Preston, original is: Order #: 112969241 · Purchased on Jan 16, 2017 dublicate is Order #: 113088775 · Purchased on Oct 29, 2017 it's Briony G3F V7 from Anagord.

Ah, I didn't see grab bags were on either. I was wondering why something I purchased two days ago was showing unpurchased. Haven't ordered anything yet, and will be careful.

The duplicate product function has been turned off so that buyers can take advantage of the Grab Bag promotion more that once. So be sure to double check your product history before purchasing an item

Almost got caught buying a duplicate product. Avoiding the Grab Bag sales, in that case.
