Subject: Face feature no longer working

Not sure when this problem started. Could have existed before I upgraded to Poser 11. But when I click on the Face tab, in order, say, to make a character older, nothing happens. The other tabs work. Any ideas?

Don't know what caused it. My face room stopped working for both 2014 and 11. I recently had to reinstall 11 and now it works there. 2014 still doesn't work, but I don't use that version much and I rarely use the face room so I'm not worrying about it.

If I reinstall Poser 11, will I have to load in all the libraries again?

If the libraries are in external folders, reinstalling shouldn't be a problem.

I didn't have to reinstall the content. I don't remember if I backed up the library prefs or not.

Did you install the Poser Support Files content installer? All of the Face Room support files are in there (along with the manual)
