Subject: Poor download speeds

I placed an order with two items. I'm on a good connection and getting my downloads are moving at very slow, old-fashioned dial-up speeds. I mean like one is going 4.1 KBPS... What's the deal? I've downloaded from a couple other sites today, with no problems. I've also noticed that pages are slow to load here at Renderosity lately.

Hey Tigger, I've had problems with pages here on the forum loading slowly recently, but I just made a purchase in the store about 10 minutes ago, and saw no slowdown while downloading. It might have just been a momentary quirk.

I hope so, because at one point, the speeds dipped down to like 1.7 kbps... The lowest one is back up to 2.0 kbps, but... Tempted to stop them and just download them the next time I'm online and feel better (case of the winter-time creeping crud has set in).

Well, my final zip finally bottomed out at under 1.0 kbps and failed. I re-started it and it downloaded better. I do hope that if I order anything else this month (darn the little concept known as a monthly "budget" any way), downloads go more smoothly.

Pages loading very slow for me for days now, download speed is slow too.

We are aware of intermittent site slowness and we are actively looking into this. Thank you for letting us know, we hope to have it resolved soon.

I can not load pictures into the gallery. goes to a blank page and stops
