OK, maybe some of you have seen my recent three posts in the "Work in progress" gallery, of which I will show the second one below. I am currently working on an Ankh Su Namun character, and I will put the texture to the free stuff area after I have finished the picture that I am currently working on with her (also see the WIP Gallery for details). There is a big problem I have with this project: I only have found *three* different pictures from the movie that show her. This is not really too much, isn't it? In the picture that I have posted here you can see one of these scene pictures. I *wanted* to make up the scene that is shown there, but still and always, I remember another scene from that movie that I would like to remodel, and I cannot find a picture of that anyway. Remember this? Pharao is coming home, Imhotep has hidden somewhere and Ankh is leaning to a big (golden?) statue with a strange look on her face. This is shortly before pharao discovers that her body painting is smudged. I am searching for a picture of exactly this scene: Ankh leaning to this statue (or standing next to it? I do not really clearly remember). If anyone of you out there has the DVD or Video, and also owns the matching movie (The Mummy - I am talking about part one!), could you please, please please do me a favour? And make a screenshot of the scene that I have described? *sigh* It would also be great to have a screenshot of her backside, I have also found no picture of that... But that would be too demanding, I guess... Maybe someone even knows where to find more, better pictures from that movie on the net? And also, if anyone knows a better forum where I can post this request, I am really thankful for any hints. Sincerely, Sabine

There is an official website, I think I found it when looking for Mummy Returns information, which had photos and bios and such. The actress is from South America and is of indian descent (which gives her those wonderful exotic features). I have a few articles about the making of the movie in my graphics magazines, but won't get a chance to search until after next weekend. All the stars have websites... have you checked hers? BTW, when you get the texture done, we'll all be arm-wrestling to download it. :) Carolly

... I shouldn't have started a search on pictures. Five hours ago, I finally found some more pics that actually show her *from the side*. I discovered that the legs painting goes almost down to her feet (see picture). You know what I did? I deleted anything that I had done so far... and started once again. William Porter was so friendly to email some screenshots to me also. OK, for all the ones who have replied until now: If you are interested; as soon as I have finished this texture again (still have to do these "fish scales" and the backside), you will get it. No waiting until I have finished the matching texture. Only if you are interested, of course :-) Just IM your email address to me and wait for two 2500x2500 sized maps; color and bum; to jump into your mailbox. ...EXACTLY like this :-))) Uhm, now I will have to make a bump & metal texture map for that cat as well :-( And - grrr! - once more I will have to make another prop: that thing she is wearing around her arm has an ornament on it. The actress is Patricia Velasquez, and I've been collecting shots of her before "The Mummy" came out. Let me know if you want any help with the face texture. I'm pretty good with faces. As Ankh she wears this gold lipstick, and the only shot I found of that is this:
