There's a lot of talk of NEW characters now. Great. I've bought some in the past. But I never use them. Stopped buying accessories for them.

My favorite character is A SET: THE CHARACTER comes with the INJ, MORPHS, OUTFIT AND HAIR. Everything ready to go.

No morph problems, no stick through problems, no hair problems , etc.

Unfortunately very few vendors make products like this.

If you have a link to an M4 / V4 set, like this please post.

Update: Actually doesn't have to be M4/ V4 - if entire set, with base. But I don't want to use DSON currently either. I may own parts of the character already - but if a vendor could offer A COMPLETE SET VERSION of their character -- I am ready to buy.

Update - using 2014 Pro. Are all the new characters only Poser 11?

I guess if a vendor has a complete SET - with A DSON compatible system ready to run, for 2014 - that could work. But is that even possible?

Great. Didn't realize that. NOW - throw an OUTFIT ON HER, hair, everything ready to RUN.

{ And I don't mean welded to the character, necessarily, but with optionS you can change in the future. Or a set with 2 outfits maybe. 2 hairs maybe }.

Just a COMPLETE , TESTED SET, ready to roll. for 2014 I'll buy.

No, the hair which comes with her is conforming and has many, morphs. Evolution by her self ( the figure) has many , many morphs and 5 different skin textures. She comes with a Bikini and I just finish for her a free basic outfit set which Ero just rig . Short jeans, top and flat shoes :)

Don't get me wrong. The options for these characters are great. I hate plug and play renders as much as all of you.

But sometimes, you get home from work. You want to just make a fun, easy scene. You don't want to be hassling with all these items. You don't want to be in hair rooms, You don't want to be in fixing rooms, You don't want to be in rooms converting clothes from one character to another. You don't want to suddenly have to stop everything , and go shopping - cause you're missing an essential item.

I think vendors overthink these things, 'cause there so involved in the details.

Why is V4 so popular? 'Cause people went through a huge learning, buying curve to get her running - and they don't want to have to do it - over and over - again!

Vendors make some simple COMPLETE options in your stores - not everything 31 flavors.

Just make COMPLETE STARTER SETS : with everything ready to roll.

V4 (or whoever) a great character, clothes, hair props ... and then save it AS A CHARACTER ... in a folder of your choosing for future use. I do this all the time. Sometimes I save it as a scene if I want to make changes to the morphs. Just a suggestion.

I think a side issue is people have become specialized. Oh " ______" does great hair. Mine... eh, not so hot. Their morphs great - mine eh.... And they're afraid to put all items in a package - " oh look BAD work! tee hee "

but I think a package jumps over that complaint. And will INCREASE sales for said

vendor and INCREASE ACCESSORY sales down the line.

I save my character, outfits and all, all the time. I'm not sure what A windows crash would do to that... unless your on a highly unstable antiquated OS, you should be fine to do the same....

That's called a game character. Only game characters have it all.But your stuck with that hair n cloths.

A problem with selling sets ei a morph, texture, top, bottoms, shoes and hair all designed to work together, is that this will raise the price (some sites set prices based on how much is in the package). Then you run into people liking the morph or the hair but not the clothes. Or they like the clothes but not the hair, or pick a combination. They don't want to pay for the parts they won't use. There are plenty of people who would convert v4 clothing to other figures. This system becomes useless for them.

Now I really get confused about what you exactly want. Outfit, hair morphs, all in one ,without Poke Through...those are indeed Game Characters. A large Pack with outfits , hair, shoes , morphs...how much should the vendor ask for this large packs? Who will pay? Hand-full people maybe? No one vendor do such a huge work for just a handful sales. Figure with morphs and poke through free outfits , which also fit every pose, does not exist. Or at last only as Game Character..which you don't want.

oh it's not free

I like the characters at sketchfab ,Unity ,zBrush but those are different worlds. some are killer thou and I'll always prefer a real time render engine.

Let me be the one to ask the unasked question... Just how much are your willing to pay for such a complete character? Lets see characters cost between $15-20, Clothing SETs cost about the same and hair can run from $15-30 so at the least I would price such a character at $45-75 about the price of an unclothed character at DAZ, and less that even a starter bundle. How many do you think would sell? Would it be worth such an effort?

But to me all the responses looked like they were aiming to help you and it is not good to get angry just because people haven't understood completely what you are aiming at with your question. Incidentally I save my characters with clothes and hair all dressed and ready for action. i just save from poser as Cr2. It works well. Even if poser crashes or my computer crashes, the Cr2 file is fine and still ready be imported into a poser scene with just a click of the mouse. I do like buying sets that have lots of goodies in them. Is this the sort of thing that you would like? BUNDLE WITH LOTS OF GOODIES, and i agree with what someone else mentioned. PE from ero comes with loads of goodies, hair, bikinis, morph dials and a really nice new figure. Love esther
