Subject: Copy Position only: X,Y,Z

Hello, I've been looking for this and don't know if I missed it, or just don't know the right terminology. I'm looking for a way to copy and past just the x,y, and z position of a character, then paste that position on another character in the same scene, without pasting any morphs etc.

I'm working with V4 pose sets and it is becoming a pain to copy paste x, y, and z individually to a new character. If there is an easier way to do this feel free to tell me that too.

Thanks for any help in advance.

What version do you use ? I use poser 7 and when i save the pose, Poser ask do you want to save only the place of the character and pose? or as second option morphs and placement because in default poser put character where it was when it was saved as posed.

this is what I do, select body or hip, depending on which one is the xyz, copy it, open notepad or word, paste it, now copy just the xyz and paste it to the fig you want. simple and quick
