Subject: anyone has luck with smart tab?

i started categorizing my ds stuff that is compatible with carrara

i'm seeing the category tree but it isnt showing the pretty thumbnails

Nope, just blank now in Smart Content.

Bought a few new items, only they showed up in Carrara Tried to reset/re-import the database in DS, everything is gone again in Carrara...

The 'Content' tab was always the last tab, until the Smart Content tab came-up. Years of muscle training made me always go to the last tab to bring-up my content, and sure enough, I was clicking, by mistake, on the Smart Content tab to bring-up an empty content page.

It was so irritating that I wanted to start a petition to ask Daz to give the option to hide the Smart content tab for those users who don't use it, so the Content tab becomes the last tab, as it always was.

I don't think that Daz updated the database connection for Carrara, when DS switched to the new one.

It seems that DAZ split the database into 2 version from 4.9, since only 4.8 or older can restore a database reset for Carrara, So anyone upgrading to a newer DS version than 4.8, must to the the database backup, otherwise SmartContent will get lost forever at the first database reset.
