I am almost too embarrassed to ask this question...But I just paid for a dForce Hankerchief dress. I see it listed at the top of my purchase list but cannot see how to download it onto my computer. The last purchase I made from Renderosity was in 2014 and it seemed like then all I had to do was click on the item number in my purchase list. Anyway, any help is appreciated. Thanks

I see you were able to download your product.

I went to the Item List and clicked on the three files associated with this product. That placede them in my Download File. Seems like there might be another more direct way to download content without going to the Item List and searching for the particular item, but that at least seems to work. I plan to buy another product but I will check back here first to see if there is any further advice on the proper way to do this.

OK I see how it works. For some reason earlier the files did not come up when I clicked on my order number. Perhaps I need to wait awhile before doing that.to give the system time to process my order. ? Anyway Thanks for checking in.

Sometimes it takes a while before the system recognizes an order has been paid it all just depends on PayPal. And unfortunately, there is no other way to download content.
