Subject: Poser 11.1 crashes 2 computers!

Ok, I thought it was an anomaly to my old 10 year old laptop ... that Poser would randomly crash the computer. I have a new Dell, and it still crashes Windows 10. There are a couple questions here:

  1. Will this eventually damage Poser?
  2. Will this eventually damage my computer (and thus why I had to buy a new one in the first place)?

Any help would be great ... I did file a Mantis report.

Poser could be damaged if open files are scrambled when it crashes. This isn't very likely. Unlikely to damage your PC.

Do you get an error message?
What does the event viewer say?

I can't help here, my problems with Poser 11 Pro are others, however I refuse to download and install the last SR, I had so many problems to persuade Windows to open my files with Poser 10, after Poser 11 was installed.

The question is: do you know or have a link to a list of the changes made in this last update?
