Subject: problem with renderosity?

when trying to post a picture it never loads and I noticed two other posts by VDH that never loaded a picture.

on the URL it has staging.renderosity.com

more than 3/4 of pictures posted in the gallery are not showing anything for thumbs or actual pictures

I was having problems earlier too, but it looks like it's been straightened out. Let us know if you're still having problems.

Whatever staging.renderosity.com is, it's incredibly slow at loading pages, and it's not processing payments well. Normally, I make a payment via Paypal and it's no more than a minute or so before whatever I bought becomes available. So far, it's been about 30 minutes on my latest purchase, and they're still "Download Pending".

And whatever is supposed to be on the "Contact Us" page, it's a blank page with nothing but a header now.

I think since that one is a purchase you're having problems with, you should pop off an email directly to store support so they can get your product to you as soon as possible. It probably won't be until morning (Tennessee time) when they see it.

edit: yeah, I just tried to purchase an item and couldn't even get it to load in my cart, so there's something going on.

Can't load a new image for the past several days. Tried 3 different browsers and none of them can load an image to the site. Not even the thumb. All images conform to size requirements. :(

Galleries are still broken. No thumbs, no images.

Thanks for letting us know, Rods. Everything is working right for me, but others are having problems. I guess the Gremlins are being random. I reported it. Please be patient while it's looked into.

Haven't had gallery ebots for 3 or 4 days now. They are supposedly working on it.
