This is because the specific vendors are currently running an entire store sale, or their store sale has just ended. :)
The system can not have 2 sale prices for the same item at the very same time. I had them removed and will not show on the next server update! :)

We encourage our vendors not to submit products to various VGS if they have a planned store sale.. but most of the times they don't know their store sale dates yet when they make their VGS submissions, so it's nobody's fault! :)
