Subject: Explore these Caves!

Need cave backdrops for your cave people, monsters, explorers, drow, etc.? Then look no further.

Adompha's Caves is a set consisting of two background props ( natural and cave painting), a small cave diorama, and 3 speleothem props (stalagmite, stalagtite, and speleo column). All props have morphs for shaping and customization. Speleothems can be scaled, morphed, rotated, etc. and reproduced to produce extensive formations.

For Poser 9+. Daz Studio not supported.

Find it here.

There isn't anything in there that won't work with DAZ you know. The lights will not work in IRAY, they will in 3Delight, and .mc6 mats load in DAZ. Generally props, unless you get funky with shaders, will work in DAZ just fine. I'll probably pick this one up this month, I'll write a review from that DAZ side if I do.

Maybe he doesn't want too support Studio or use studio at all so it makes 100% sense for him to put down Daz Studio not supported. If it wasn't created for Studio if it works or not in Studio isn't the case.(or even relevant ) Only that it works in what it was made/created for. saves him from someone asking him for support in Studio...when it wasn't meant nor created for studio usage ...

I understand the support issue - if you don't have the program you can't understand any problems someone might have with your product. Still if everything works in DAZ without modification you are losing a whole lot of sales you don't need to lose if you give the impression that it will not work. A lot of vendors of props use the line that it should work in DAZ but they can't provide support which covers pretty much everything. All you really need to do to cover that is have a DAZ user QA the product. In this case, everything does in fact work.

I cant assume they do not know that props are....well just props Maybe you should write to them and ask them directly ,I know your just trying to help them out so they can get the most out of their product but there are many reasons why Vendors or PA's support poser only and or support Studio only. And not always because of lack of knowledge of either program.

@diogenese19348 Thank you for your interest in my work, and for testing it in Daz. I'm glad to hear it works fine there.
I often rely heavily on Poser materials and sometimes use triangles in my geometry both of which do not play well with Daz, but in the case of this product everything seems OK. Good to hear!

@TheDarkerSideOfArt I understand you have strong feelings on this matter, but perhaps you should start a thread to discuss this subject in depth outside of a marketplace showcase designed to show off a vendor's products.

it would be superduper awesome if marketplaces could test those things for you and edit the programs that support items being posted........... ya know, double sales FOR you.
