I'm stumped on what to look for. I need an M4 outfit that is like a street magician or something akin to Houdini's suit. I've tried searching around and I can't find anything close to what I'm hunting for.

There are more than you can imagine! :) What I'm giving you is just a small drop in the ocean and what comes immediately to mind.. there are many more that I recall their shape but not their names by heart but I will look them up in my Runtime for you..

There's also the Menswear 1930 for M4 over at DAZ with a bow neck instead of a tie and a bit different design... the mafioso outfit, the m4 taxedo, the marquis by uzilite..

If you need certain more vintage details there's the Regency and the Wanted Dead or Alive outfits... and keep in mind..that you can always MIX and MATCH various items from all the above and many more outfits to get the exact look you're after.. never get stuck to the possibilities of one full product! :)
