Subject: Videos Now in the Galleries
Hi Ashley, I like to see embedding of our YouTube videos or links, so we can view our videos directly from within the forums or galleries like we use to be able to, rather than having to upload our films so some else can download it to watch it kind of seems unproductive. . when I make a animated short films like (this one) I like to keep them in one place or site as much as possible and I love to use google analytics to tracks my video progress, I would never upload one of my Karate Girl animated series cartoons here but i would embedded the video from my cartoon video source. , So why can't we be allowed to embed our YouTube videos?
Hi Maxidyne! You can definitely include sound in your slideshow. You can include music you've created or bought or acquired for free for personal or commercial use that can be used in any artistic or video creation in any video you upload. I can't wait to see your slideshow!

Hi Ivy! I don't know if or when Youtube video embedding will be allowed in the Video Gallery, but until that happens you can upload a still image of your video in the Video Gallery and paste a link to your video on YouTube in the description area or you can upload a short trailer of your video and paste a link to your video on YouTube in the description area. Several months ago, I posted something about being able to embed YouTube videos in forum posts, so you're free to embed your videos in here. I hope what I said helps!

We can embed videos in the forums? How? I can post like to youtbe but i have not figured out how to embed one in the forums `Ratty Mouse
Yeah, you all can definitely do that. Embedding videos on here is super easy. If you do it from my perspective, which is the viewer's persepctive, all you have to do is click on SHARE, which is underneath and to the right of the video, and a window will pop up and you're going to go down to where it says Share a link and underneath that you will see the first circle with two arrows in it with the word, Embed, underneath it, you're going to click on that and another window will pop up showing the video you want to embed and to the right of that you're going to highlight and copy the html information under the words, Embed Video, and then you're going to come back here to the forum and paste it in the text box and wallah you will have one cool Ratty Mouse video for all of us to watch.

I noticed a typo in the Video upload which can be confusion to someone trying to upload.
It says the thumbnail image size must be 200px X 500px. It should say "200px X 300px"

You can upload to any section or genre. Just choose Upload to Gallery>Then Choose VIDEO instead of image>then upload your video and thumbnail
I have created a section as well called Video Gallery as well.
