My name's Kammy Bonias. I'm a sci/fi author and gaming columnist. I have an appearance at a convention in Dallas over Thanksgiving weekend, and will be holding a workshop on 'How To Create a 'Bad' RPG Character' I'm putting together character packets to use for this, with some character pictures printed out. (we'll be building characters with them) I have recieved some donations of pictures from a few people (Thank you Outlaw!) But I need about 50 pictures in all. Would anyone care to donate a few pictures for me to use? You may put a link and whatever else you wish on the picture. I'll put them in a frame and print them out. Oh, I've got loads that I could donate... when do you need them by, and do you need them on blank backgrounds, or should they have a setting behind them? Also... I'm not sure how commercial license issues would apply to this... the artist wouldn't be making money from it... but if you made money from it, would it be violating a non-commercial usage clause? What would you be doing with them after you printed them out? If it's a pamphlet or something like that, would it be possible to get a copy of it if you donated an image? I suppose I could ask all of this in an email to you too, but this way anyone who happens to come across this post will have the answers too... :) K-

I need them by the end of the month. And no, I am not making any money, and no, those who will recieve these packets will not make money. This is for a workshop. A gaming workshop on how to create a bad character. This is just to show them the deversity and huge range of ideas they have to work with as far as character creation goes. No money. I wish. I'd make sure everyone got a piece of that pot. Most likely people will oh and ah at the pics, and throw them away after the convention. But it will get your name out there and possibly some people looking over your sites. I will warn them about using pictures without permission, though they should know that since this is an issue in online gaming.
